OmegaGiven ("we") runs omegagiven.com and the games and apps linked from it. This page explains what we collect and why. We keep it to the minimum the site needs.
You can play our browser games without signing in. If you join a multiplayer lobby we keep the name you type, your in-game actions and a random device token (stored in your browser) only for as long as the lobby exists, so you can reconnect. Solo games run entirely in your browser.
If you send a bug report or feature request, we store what you write, the page you sent it from, your browser type, and your username if you're signed in, plus contact details only if you choose to give them. Reports and comments are shown publicly on the feedback board (title, description, comments, and your username unless you choose to post anonymously); contact details, browser type and page stay private. We use it only to fix and improve things.
If you post in the chat, your message, your username and the time are shown to everyone and kept (the most recent 200 messages). Messages may be moderated, and reported messages are kept for moderation.
If you sign in, Google or GitHub tells us your account ID with them, your email address and your display name. We store those, plus the username you pick, so you keep the same name in our games and can access features tied to your account. We never see or store your Google or GitHub password. We use a cookie to keep you signed in.
If you sponsor OmegaGiven on GitHub, GitHub tells us your GitHub username and ID, the tier and whether it's monthly or one-time. If the same GitHub account is linked to your omegagiven.com account, your account gets a supporter badge, shown next to your name (for example in chat). We don't receive your payment details.
Some games (such as Stickstorm) save your progress. If you're signed in, the save (levels, items, materials, how your character looks and your records) is stored with your account so you can continue on any device. If you're not signed in, it stays in your browser.
If you're signed in, the results of the games you finish (for example wins, kills, waves reached, scores and how long a game lasted) are stored with your account and ranked on public leaderboards under your username. Guests are never listed. Results from cheating can be removed from the boards.
If you donate through Stripe, Stripe processes the payment and sends us the amount and currency, whether it's monthly, Stripe's reference numbers for the payment (and any refund or dispute), the name and email address you gave Stripe, and (if you were signed in) your omegagiven.com account ID. We keep a record of each donation so we can add your supporter badge, thank supporters with extras (such as more OG Paper storage), and keep our books. Your card details go only to Stripe.
Donation amounts, names and email addresses are visible only to the site owner and are never shown publicly. When you're signed in, your account page shows your own total and any supporter perks; nobody else sees them. If you donated without signing in, the site owner may link that donation to your account, for example when the email you gave Stripe is the verified email of your sign-in.
OG Paper at omegagiven.com/paper/ can keep your pages in your omegagiven.com account. This is optional: signed out, it keeps your pages in your browser only. Signed in, and only for the pages you keep in your account, we store each page's content and history (strokes, text, pictures), its name and size, who it's shared with and how, and links you make for it. Pages are held on Cloudflare (Durable Objects, D1 and optionally R2).
A page can be seen by you, the people you share it with, and anyone you give a link to (opening a link needs an account). Pages are never listed publicly. Live changes are encrypted in transit, but the site keeps each page's keys so it can hand them to the people you share with, which means our administrators can open a page when they need to, for example to act on a report of abuse. We don't look at pages otherwise.
OG Paper uses your account ID, username and sign-in email to show who is on a page and to let people share with you by username or email. Your IP address is used briefly for rate limits. We keep a count of how much storage your pages use (each account gets 25 MB free). If you report a page, we keep the report and your account ID to review it. Deleting a page deletes its content for everyone it was shared with; to have everything deleted, contact us. The OG Paper apps for desktop and mobile don't connect to omegagiven.com and collect nothing.
If you buy a paid service (such as hosted OG Paper servers), payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number; we store your Stripe customer ID and what you subscribed to.
The site runs on Cloudflare. Account data is stored in Cloudflare's database service. Server logs may briefly record IP addresses for security and debugging.
You can stop using sign-in at any time and revoke our access from your Google or GitHub account settings. To have your account and its data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it.
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
